On the initiative of Prof. Ir. H. Bochari Rachman, M.Sc. and friends, on December 28, 1993 the Bina Darma Foundation was established with the Notary Deed of Alia Ghani, S.H. Number: 95. Then on March 10, 2001 there was a change in the founder of the Bina Darma Foundation based on Thamrin's notarial deed number: 6. The purpose and objectives of the establishment of this Foundation are, among others, to actively participate in assisting the government in implementing national development programs in the context of realizing national ideals and participating in assisting the government in efforts to educate the nation's life.
