Mission of the Teaching University includes the promotion of the amateur and professional sports development by means of the physical and sport training, by training highly competent specialists in the fields of sports management, physical medicine and rehabilitation, by implementing academic educational programs and applied scientific-research activities according to the requirements of the labor markets both at the National and International levels, promoting harmonious development of students and their fast adaptation to the labor market. Teaching University is fully aware of the importance of social responsibility, including the measures aimed to the encouragement of the healthy lifestyle within the population of Georgia.
