In 1995 the Mitra Lampung Foundation was established in accordance with the Deed of Notary Zainal Arifin, SH., No.1 of 1995 with the initial educational institutions established being: Diploma 3 education program at the Mitra Lampung Informatics and Computer Management Academy (AMIK) which includes 2 study programs, namely the Informatics Management Study Program and the Informatics Engineering Study Program, as well as the Diploma 1 education program at the Mitra Lampung Computer Education Institute (LPK) based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. . 27/D/O/1996, dated 08 August 1996 with the official signature of the Director General of Higher Education Bambang Suhendro.
