The National Land College (STPN) is a Ministry/Institution College (PTKL) under the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency which is currently still in the form of a College. The existence of STPN, which has a long history as a tertiary institution since 1963 under the name Agrarian Academy, can be classified as one of the oldest official tertiary institutions in Indonesia. The birth of the Agrarian Academy in 1963, which was the forerunner of STPN, cannot be separated from the birth of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) in 1960 which brought major changes to the land law in force in Indonesia. UUPA carries five major missions in the Agrarian Reform process in Indonesia.
