About

UPBJJ-UT Surabaya is one of three UPBJJ-UT in East Java, besides UPBJJ-UT Malang and Jember, it was founded in 1984-together with the establishment of UT-based on a mandate from Prof. Dr. Setijadi, M.A (at that time as Chairman of the Preparatory Commission for the Establishment of UT) to Prof. dr. Soedarso Djojonegoro, Chancellor of Airlangga University.
