The change of the Indonesian Art College (STSI) Bandung to the Indonesian Arts and Culture Institute (ISBI) Bandung is in accordance with Presidential Decree no. 86 of 2014 dated 25 August 2014, signed and inaugurated by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 6 October 2014 at 14.32 WIB at the Nala Building, Indonesian Fleet Command Headquarters for the Eastern Region (MAKO ARMATIM), Surabaya.
