Standing on land covering an area of ​​99,152 m2, which is an aquaculture area on Jalan Sungai Musi KM.9, Waetuo Village-Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. It began construction in 2015 with the APBN budget of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and began operating in September 2016.
