A. Vision Unimor's vision: to become an independent and dignified center of science, technology, humanities and arts in the field of dryland agriculture at regional, national and international levels by 2025. B. Mission Timor University has the following mission: 1. Organizing quality education to produce qualified and independent graduates; 2. Carrying out quality research and service for the development of science, technology and/or art based on dry land agriculture as well as regional development at regional, national and international levels; 3. Develop cooperative relationships with educational institutions and non-educational institutions both at home and abroad in the context of developing human resources. 4. Developing information and communication systems as a manifestation of the institution's ability to improve science and technology services for the benefit of society. 5. Produce independent resources that care about the environment and support small communities, as well as abroad in the context of developing human resources, institutions and the tridharma of higher education; And 6. Develop information and communication systems as a manifestation of the institution's ability to improve science and technology services for the benefit of society. C. Goals 1. Forming human beings capable of: 2. Mastering science, technology and art based on dry land agriculture; 3. Have cooperative advantages needed by society; 4. Achieve a high level of personal and moral maturity; And 5. Be humanist, think critically and have a broad insight. 6. The creation of an academic community and educational institution capable of developing and disseminating science, technology and/or art and seeking to use them to improve people's lives and enrich national culture.
