  Definitions With ‘XDEMIA’ we mean the organisation as a legal entity, registered in The Hague, The Netherlands, which owns the ‘XDEMIA Online Platform’ and ‘XDEMIA website’. With the ‘XDEMIA Online Platform’ we mean the software applications for desktop and mobile users that enable users to collaborate after registering and logging at XDEMIA.com. With the ‘XDEMIA website’ we mean the website pages at XDEMIA.com directly accessible by the users without registration to the XDEMIA Online Platform. These include, but are not limited to, the homepage, login page and registration pages. In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to the XDEMIA Online Platform, for whatever purpose. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall, without exception, also constitute acceptance of all policies listed in the Policy Centre.
